AF45 Commercial Deep Fryer Filter

13.75-inch stainless steel oil filter for straight-edge fryers.

A full stainless steel filter screen that fits most commercial deep fryers with a straight-edge bottom. Rinses clean with water and cuts down oil-change time.

Features

• ✓13.75 inch straight-edge fit. Fits most commercial fryers with a flat bottom. Measure the inner basket at 13.75 by 13.75 inches and confirm the bottom is straight, not angled, before ordering.
• ✓550-micron stainless mesh. Fine enough to catch the crumbs and batter that would otherwise recirculate and carbonise, which is what turns oil dark and gives it a burnt taste.
• ✓Oil lasts longer. Trapping debris before it cooks keeps the oil usable for more services, so the change interval stretches and the oil bill falls with it.
• ✓Rinses clean. All stainless steel, so water or mild detergent is enough. It goes back in wet-clean rather than being scraped.
• ✓For high-volume kitchens. Built for daily filtering in a working line, not for occasional home use.
